Part of Tumblr
Look at this site, isn’t it neat?
Wouldn’t you think that this dashboard’s complete?
Wouldn’t you think I’m the girl.
The girl who blogs… everything?
Look at this trove, treasures untold.
How many wonders can one Tumblr hold?
Looking around here you think.
Sure, reblog everything.
I’ve seen memes and hipsters aplenty.
Reblogged graphics and text posts galore.
You want messages? I’ve got twenty!
But who cares, no big deal.
I want more…
I want to be where the hipsters are.
I want to see, want to see them bloggin’.
Putting some pics in their; What do you call it? Oh queue.
Facebook and MySpace won’t get you far.
Friends are required for liking, commenting.
When they start creeping then you just… what’s that word again? Block.
Up where they like, where they reblog.
Where they have Caturday and Sundog.
Signup is free.
Wish I could be.
Part of Tumblr.
What would I give if I could live without these errors?
What would I pay to spend the day scrolling my dash?
Bet David Karp, he has a heart.
Bet he won’t reprimend his followers.
Bright young hipsters, don’t need misters.
Forever alone.
I’m ready to know what those hipsters know!
Ask them my questions and get some answers!
What is breathing? And what is… what’s the word? Air?
When’s it my turn.
Wouldn’t I love.
Love to like, follow and reblog.
Out of Facebook.
Wish I could be.
Part of Tumblr.Where is the download link?!
wait, is that really how you say meme and queue??
no, you say meme like meem. does that makes sense? and i would say queue like ‘q’. but nonetheless this is amazing.
this is all sorts of amazing and now on my iTunes forever :’)
I didn’t get it for anyone and no one gave it to me. I bought it for myself. Not to feel pity for spending yet another Valentine’s Day alone. No, in fact, I had almost completely forgotten about this holiday. I’ve been more worried and stressed about work than to remember a holiday that celebrates people who are together. Instead, it’s more for me to celebrating a week of stress passed by. Now I just gotta control myself from indulging in it until I get back from work. Haha.
Don’t treat me like I’m a horrible person. I don’t support cruelty of any kind. I have many fandoms. I have many awkward moments. I remember a lot of those shows/commercials/objects of the 90’s. I like a lot of songs. I enjoy looking at a lot of pictures and I think many of the things on my dash are hilarious. BUT I refuse to reblog it all. Just because I don’t reblog everything that I like or fits within my beliefs, doesn’t make me a terrible human being and it sure doesn’t make me boring or unopinionated.
I just like support more originality than consistantly reblogging what others have already done. Not that I care if anyone else decides they want to. It’s they’re blog and they are allowed to do what they want.
And this is just a website. It doesn’t matter if there are people here who only found out about this site through MTV, you don’t have to interact with them. I mean, there is always people finding out about sites through other sites. I mean a good number of people I’ve found and found me were through Tegaki. The place where you find all the fads and such. In my opinion, I feel as if it’s just another way to boost someone’s ego. Constantly looking for acceptance. And to perhaps gain popularity where you can’t in real life. I’m not saying that’s everyone, but I think most people are egotistical or self obsorbed to begin with. But that’s part of human nature I think.
With that said, how are you any better than the people who use facebook or any other social network. I know a lot of people who use it and it’s ridiculous to think that you can judge everyone who uses the site to be idiots. Do you think I’m an idiot for using it? I started using facebook before it was super popular to connect with my friends far away, just as I found Tumblr through friends back home instead of the popularity it gained on Tegaki. For a site that claims to have people who are so accepting of others for who they are, you’re very hypocritical. Nobody is perfect. So rather than pretend you’re better than anyone else, realize your own arrogance.
But despite that, you’re still pretty awesome Tumblr. Keep blogging and keep it real. Now back to being socially awkward~
